    Sorry to hear about your grandmother. I can only imagine how much stress you must be going through. Don't add unnecessary stress by the Numbers on the scale. You are paying attention to your life style and working towards your health. That's the most important. For the rest just go with the flow, until you get out of this difficult time.

    Thurs: 80 ozs. water, two one-minute planks, squats.

    Fri: 64 oz. water, squats. Did I mention I hate planks?

    @shawna357,it has to be very heartbreaking for you to see your loved experiencing such a debilitating disease. I'm sorry to know that you are going through such an emotionally difficult time.

    Hi team!!

    I was almost about to lose 2 pounds this week, but ruined it with eating Indian food, and so many sweet deserts, and no gym visits sorry!! I'm about to go on vacation and was getting it sorted I'll be out of the United States for 2 weeks, and off to Dubai.

    My diet has been horrible this weekend! Friday, Saturday and today ugh! Back to the grind tomorrow. It’s all about realizing when things are starting to get out of control and taking it back right!? It was fun while it lasted though.

    Everyone is doing such a great job! Definitely keeping me motivated to get back to it!
