I kinda weigh myself when I feel like it. Mostly, if I felt like a had a fat week/month or if I had a skinny week/month.... There's no pattern. But I would never weigh myself everyday. There's so many things that can change your weight alot, even if you did "loose" or get more fit. Like, water intake and muscle gain.

I'm not a clean eater and I lost almost 20kg... (From overweight to normal)... I don't eat junk ALOT.. But I do... Also I don't follow any rules except 1: Use more energy, than you eat. If I "overeat" 1000kcal, I exercise untill those are burned off. Then you WILL loose weight. Trust me.

I do naps during train and bus-rides. Usually takes between 20-45min and I wake up feeling much better. Though, if you ain't used to taking "naps" it might be rather hard waking/being fresh after such a short amount of napping.
