Hello everyone,

My name is Matt and I'm a 21 year old Software Engineer/Student from London, UK.

I have previously tried to lose weight before but failed, miserably. So I'm dedicated myself now and it's going very well. I'm just looking for some more friends on here so we can comment on each others progress and offer advice about keeping fit.
