Yeah, there are many factors when using machines. A few things to consider here: 1. Are you set up exactly the same place as last time? This could include things like seat position, arm length positioning, etc. 2. Some machines have number dials on the weights. For example, the weight may say 40, but it's dialed up to a 5…

It is possible, but not easy. I've lost 192 pounds, with only a few left to lose.

I once replaced all of my day's calories with Snickers bars, and wrote a thread about it. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10023905/my-one-day-snickers-bar-story/p1

I was surprised, too. When I posted this, I was expecting way more negative feedback than positive. So... yay!

4 cups most days. 6 cups every once in awhile. I also drink 3 liters or water a day, and 4.5 liters of water on exercise days.
-
Awesome!
-
I enjoyed them all the same. Since I was fairly hungry throughout the day, I looked forward to every hour, when I had another Snickers to eat.

AND less calories :)
-
OMG What a terrible idea!
-
Probably Whatchamacallit or Kit Kats, I suppose.

Of all the candy bars out there, Snickers is hardly my favorite. The only reason I chose it, is because I had mentioned doing this with that Snickers Slice n' Share I saw that day at the party.

Thanks for all the wonderful pics and gifs, y'all. These are awesome.

LOL You're welcome!

LOL I had a BM yesterday, around 5:30PM. Seemed normal. Haven't had one yet, today. I'll say one thing, although I didn't come anywhere near meeting my daily protein levels yesterday, it sure was wonderful not feeling gassy all day long.

Really nice work, dude.

Real nice work, man.

I can tell he's fabulous, all the way over here.

Carly Pope was SO hot on that show.

I have the same one, and have been using it since October. I wouldn't trust any other default source of supposed "calories burned". How is an exercise machine, or a generic cardio exercise input in MFP, supposed to know your body? Always trust a heart rate monitor, as long as you've input your specs properly.

I eat plain vanilla Fage 0% yogurt every day. Yes, it is VERY bitter without a sweetener. I add 10 ml (10 grams) of sugar free maple syrup to each container. Makes it much better tasting, and only adds 5 calories. 105 calories and 17 grams of protein is the cat's *kitten*!

I haven't gone anywhere, but then again, you and I have only been friends for two minutes :) There is no "secret" to weight loss. It was hard getting started, hard staying with it, and still hard today... even being only about 10 pounds away from goal. If there were any secret, it would be maintaining a healthy routine.…

A 300 calorie (2 cups) bottle of chocolate milk, with a 3-pack of Hostess Vanilla Zingers. That was breakfast on mornings I drove the truck to work.

I configured my TDEE at sedentary, and I eat back all exercise calories burned, according to the heart rate monitor. This way allows for a sudden fluctuation in exercise activity, such as nursing an unexpected injury, etc.
-
Congrats on reaching "normal". That's fantastic. However, I'm surprised that you still want to lose 27 more pounds, if you're already in the "normal" range...

I turn 41 in May. Feel free to add.
