    Wow! You look great and soooo much younger!! I have a question and I hope this does not come out the wrong way. Myfriend needs to lose about 100 lbs (he actually started his journey last week- yay!). He is worried about having to go for skin removal surgery afterwards. I tell him not to worry about it, but I can tell it is consuming. Do you / did you feel it was necessary after losing 100 lbs? Something tells me a person would have to lose more than 100 to need it but I really have no idea!
