Don't like what she's making? Get your *kitten* in the kitchen and make it yourself.

HOLY *kitten*... absolutely awesome. Congrats!

12/21/12 ... totally. :) Seriously though, I do fear injury, but I don't let it dampen my workouts. I'm motivated, but I know to temper my motivation with good sense.

Spend all my time with my daughter and my wife.

I didn't cut anything out of my diet. Rather I changed portion sizes. I started counting/weighing everything and got more active. I now eat 5-6 meals a day, 300-500 calories (depending on if I worked out or not) per meal. Never hungry, never crave any particular food.

WOW! Congratulations!

Three years ago, I was diagnosed with High Cholesterol. I simply changed my diet and started taking fish oil. To quote WebMD "Load your plate with fruits and vegetables -- five to nine servings a day -- to help lower LDL "bad" cholesterol. " Check out this slideshow here:…

When I couldn't sit on the floor longer than 20 minutes at a time to play with my daughter (who was at the time 2).

Spend more time with my 3 year old daughter and my lovely wife.

I recently gave up my life long obsession (35+ years) of Diet Pepsi. Actually to be more accurate, I've given up anything with nutrasweet. 26 days with no nutrasweet. The first 14 days were the hardest. Cravings like you wouldn't believe. Today, I still crave it, but not as much as I used to. Some of the studies I've read…

BWHAHAHAHHAHHA....ahah.... ha..... Um, no. :) Thanks for the laugh though :)

I agree with the other posters regarding taking a week off. It may be hard to do, but it will give your body some rest time. Besides that, something that has really helped with my joint pain, is adding a weekly Sauna visit. 20 minutes in the Sauna, followed by a lukewarm shower, then slowly dropping the temp of the water…

Why use your time creating troll posts like this?

My "normal" day: 5am - wake-up and breakfast 6am - out the door to work For work out days (MTTF) 4am - wake-up and workout (50 minutes elliptical) 5am - breakfast 5:35am - quick shower 6am - out the door to work. Make the commitment to get up early. After a month or two your body will get used to it.

Over medium with 1/2 pat of salted butter. Mmmmmm....

Maybe you shouldn't put so much stock into what others think and just be happy with yourself the way you are. Just a thought.

If I HAVE to go to a restaurant and I know they have no nutritional info, I use a similar dish from a similar type of restaurant. Mostly, I find myself avoiding any food place that doesn't have nutritional info. If they can't be bothered to take the time to do this, then I can't be bothered to eat there.

When I want to eat something I shouldn't, I try to compare it to what I currently eat OR how much additional exercise I would need to work it off. It's a battle of willpower, but sometimes viewing it this way helps. This is what I used to eat for breakfast: Ho Ho's (1 package, 3 cakes) Calories 370 Fat 17g Carbs 54g Sugars…

So let me get this straight... if you starve yourself, then start eating a whole bunch of calories... you put on weight?!?! Say it ain't so Batman! Did you notice the trend of the study? Starve the participants, then give them lots of food, but LIMIT their workouts? Hmmm... wonder if that had anything to do with it. I see…

Not really an epiphany but... I still surprise myself when I'm able to pop into the Rite Aid to get a Diet Pepsi, walk into the candy aisle, eyeball my favorite candies, then have the will power to walk away from the candy without buying any. If I get really tempted, I sometime pick up something sweet, look at the calories…
