We met in Kindergarten, I have pictures to prove it! We were always crushing on each other all through elementary, then he moved away and then so did I. So I made them this morning... It made 3 pancakes, 1/4 cup for each pancake roughly. They were decent. They cook up better if you put a lid over them, then flip. Otherwise it seemed it took too long to cook and the edges got too dark. One pancake wasn't enough so I had 2 servings. Which came out to 147 calories roughly. So…

A great workout is 30 day shred by jillian michaels. Look it up on you tube that way you dont have to buy it.... listen to your body when it comes to calories and record everything!!! (:

I love it! Plus it has around 4x more protein than regular yogurt.. I really don't have a favorite brand I like certain flavors from them all. I would say, yes it is worth it to eat it. :happy:
