Hi there,
After moving to a new country I got sidetracked from my weight loss and gained back some of my losses. Everything was so confusing/difficult in kilograms/kilojoules I just gave up. But I am recommitting myself to a healthy lifestyle and getting back on track. Would love some MFP friends, especially anyone around 5'3" like me. I also play ultimate frisbee so I am trying to get fit so I can get faster/stronger to improve my game. Thanks!
