Im low carbing rather well at the moment after spending months just not really managing to log and finding logging counter productive. Not sure how this will turn out long term, Im guessing a slow tack back to logging once Im at a weight I like. But its my fitness pal not my calorie counting pal actually

Not sure when mfp became specifically a calorie counting site. You could try low carbing, 5:2 to get you around daily cal counts. The meal plans thing sounds like a good short cut too. Cal counting is something mfp gives you a nice free easy to use tool to do. But mfp also provides help advice and inspiration as well as a…

You have been eating v little and wonder if doctor knows that and wonder how long youve been doing this as it might have affected your metabolism meaning you might need some expert help to get you eating a reasonable amount. On low carbing - you dont need to count cals on low carb, the fat will keep appeitie where it…

Just bought a new bra as cups getting saggy - Ive lost almost 20lbs. One size down on the ribcage, cup size up one but I think the style is a bit different - new bra 34F. Pre weightgain I was 32E/ 32F and I think Ill end up there again h/w breastfeeding or preg has made the tissue less dense so I imagine they will be less…

Pre - preg I had a butt, my preg was hard and I was confined to bed for months, after much heavier but no butt. Over four years on and still no butt but I also still cant really squat. I can feel that the big muscle in their has considerably reduced in size. I think squats and butt kicks will eventually build it up again…

The chapatis I know arent just smeared with fat after cooking, but also on the several times they are rolled out. Thats what gives them that multilayer thing I really like. I guess it all depends whats in your chapati and curry - both could be great with moderate fat but both can have a lot of fat. Not that fat is to be…
-
The healthiness of the curries depends on how much fat is in them - if you are cooking its perfectly possible to make a nice curry with a little bit of spray oil and skinless chicken reducing a lot of the fat.
-
Chapatis have a lot of fat in them - at least the way they make them at ours do - you might be better off with plain boiled rice?

Im 5ft4, starting BMI 27. I mainly tried for 1500cals a day plus exercise - 30DS, C25K, then some lifting. Now Ive just started 5:2 and am mainly running training for a 10k end of May

Shes probably forgotten about it by now. Obv monitor for fever etc but likelihood is shes over it.

Cant afford the gym right now either but actually not sure if I would if I could anymore, running, 30DS, skipping rope.It saves so much time to just exercise at home or outdoors

I dont really like tuna in terms of taste but nutrition-wise I think its excellent. In summer I have canned tuna with chopped up tomatoes and lemon juice or balsamic vinegar (flat leaf coriander too if I have it), mixed bean salad can make this more substantial. In winter I make this soup: grate 1 courgette in a small pan,…

Her weight her choices, unless she gives you an opening there isnt anything you can say

No problems with mine weight wise, I have it to regulate extremely heavy periods and find it does make eating healthily easier as I am not constantly borderline anemic. Ive had it since Nov 2011.

patience - your body is adjusting. After a fortnight see how its worked. You might be eating a wee bit too little but you'll see by how you feel after sticking to it for at least a week, ideally 2.
-
Big difference! You look really great.
-
Can def see a difference around waist and also at the hip. Its always hard to tell, esp on yourself but good work!!

Dont think of PB as a good protein source. The protein per cal is way too low for that. But its yum, the fats are good ones, eat it if you like it just fit it in. But when it comes to getting protein in theres lots of ways to get more bang for your buck.

Sorry not reading several pages of comments, just replying to the initial post: When you are hungry, eat. In the past when I have tried to lose weight by getting to the point where I get hunger pangs I end up overeating after a few days, often by a lot. Any wieght lost by this method turns out to be undustainable because I…
