What do you mean you doubt your eating 3500 calories a day? Are you not logging? Youd be surprised how fast it adds up.

I go through the same thing everyday. I think I did really well and then when I log all my fruit my sugar is through the rooof!! Especially bananas..I love bananas in my oatmeal for breakfast at in my yogurt at lunch but its alot of carbs and sugar :/

Try taking advantages of the classes at your gym. It will force you to try harder and work out longer! I reccomend spin, zumba, or just an all around interval training class!

Cant believe all the negativity! Whatever works for you! You cant get surgery and then just eat what you want ...it takes alot of work to maintain and keep it off. Leave the girl alone just because you don't believe in it or don't agree with it DOES NOT MEAN ITS WRONG!

The funny thing is I don't gain weight. I lost about 20 lbs 4 years ago and since then havent moved. I watch what I eat and go to the gym 6x a week so I am able to prevent myself from gaining weight..just cant loose the weight :(
