Nice. You look completely different. How clean are we talking? I'm kind've feeling badly for eating 1/4 of a donut. Also, what kind've workouts do you do?0
-
wow nice results! processed foods make you body hold on to far too many toxins!0
-
I had very similar results! I stopped eating almost all processed foods in January and 12lbs came off without even incorporating exercise. I am now down about 15 with counting calories and exercise.
The weight loss is a really great benefit the nothing compares to the energy I have gained, lack of tummy problems, no more acid-reflux and my skin looks amaze-balls!
You look great BTW!
Nice work0 -
To those who are wondering:
My typical day will look like this:
Breakfast:
Luna Protein bar
Apple
snack: avacado/ some other random veggies like cauliflower or broccoli steamed
Lunch: Spinach 2 cups with chicken breast hard boiled eggs (2) and olives
snack: pop chips all natural (my little cheat snack so I dont binge)
willpower
Dinner:
I cup of kale 1 cup of frozen blueberries 1 banana
snack: watermelon is good to much on because it is low low cal0 -
after clean eating AND working out ...13lb loss
And how do you know eating in a caloric deficit with "non clean" foods AND working out wouldn't produce the same results?
Great job on your progress either way.0 -
I'm sorry, i dont understand....how is this clean?0

Eating clean doesn't always equal weight loss. You consumed fewer calories than you burned so you lost weight. That's what worked.
Eating healthy, whole foods is good for your health and body composition to a certain point. Attributing all you success to a clean diet isn't correct.0 -

QFT wondering the same thing........ and Great job on your progress OP but your results can be obtained with a calorie deficit but I don't categorize food as clean or dirty...... Best of Luck0 -
I wash all of the food that I can...
I still haven't figured out how to clean my macaroni and cheese though... that always ends badly.
Does this mean that I'm eating "mostly" clean?0 -
Yeah, I don't know many people who eat clean and would agree that Luna is clean... The chips certainly aren't.
I don't eat "clean" so I don't care.
Looking at your typical day and what you eat, I would say that you lost weight because you massively restricted calories. That's a whole day of food?! That can't be more than 1,000 calories. Your dinner is IMHO not dinner. It's barely a snack. You can't be getting more than 40-50 grams of protein either. I'd not be able to continue training if I only ate that.0 -

I would know because I have miserably failed in the past by trying that so I am trying something different and this time it is working. It is a learning journey for me I am still learning what foods I should eat how much what foods I should not....but I've also been really sticking to this unlike last times where I just lied to myself and typed in a different amount then what I was eating.0 -

well you worked out. so it could've just been that. that could have created enough of a calorie deficit to get the weight off.0 -

I thought about saying something about it, but I thought "surely she eats more than this."0 -

Sounds yummy, I'd get with that.
But it's not "clean" right?
I thought clean eating was basically nothing packaged.0 -
