You look great so congrats to you.
Now, one a real note, I'm gonna say the fact that you ate what basically amounts to my dinner calorie wise and then worked out is why you lost weight. Eating less processed food may have made you feel fuller longer, which is why eating a cup of kale, berries, and a banana didn't drive you to drink but that doesn't make your method superior to my method of 1825 calories with the occasional slice of cake or pop tart or ice cream or Bacon Pretzel Burger or...
Oh, bacon pretzel burger.
Are we talking the New Pretzel burger @ Wendy's??? It is on my list to try this weekend.... Looks So Good!!! :drinker:0 -
It's not what you ate, it was the fact that you were eating at a deficit. But you look awesome!0

Good work but I could post my results and say " After dirty eating AND working out...91lb loss"
How is this dirty eating??? CLEAN EATING TO ME is fruits veggies and lean meat. Yes I cheat and have a processed protein bar and chips but I limit myself to ONE serving otherwise I would totally binge. It's clean eating to me.
Didn't say you were eating dirty, I was just pointing out that the "clean eating" is irrelevant because I never restricted myself to "clean eating" and lost 91lbs.0 -
For some they can afford to to "dirtier" and still lose because they put so much time into exercise...I just do 30 min sometimes 45 min of course I'm not gonna do more unless I upped my protein and intake in general because I would faint otherwise0

I wash my food before I eat it. That clean enough for me.
Also I would probably starve on the Op'S typical day of eating.0 -

wow, great results, i hope to get there!
I presume what you ve mentioned as clean eating you meant you eat every 2 to 3 hours small amount of food while trying for this food to be fresh and healthy, but not depriving you of anything - i think it is a great if it works for you and it obviously does : )
Hope in few months I will be able to post an "after" photo that I will be proud of.. (still not close as I have another 7 to 8 lbs to get rid off) )

I just posted because I was happy about my weight loss. Everyone you DO NOT NEED to follow my diet, relax, I am still learning how to eat well myself. I don't know but I keep trying and trying to get serious with it. This is just what works for right now0

Yeah, I don't know many people who eat clean and would agree that Luna is clean... The chips certainly aren't.
I don't eat "clean" so I don't care.
Looking at your typical day and what you eat, I would say that you lost weight because you massively restricted calories. That's a whole day of food?! That can't be more than 1,000 calories. Your dinner is IMHO not dinner. It's barely a snack. You can't be getting more than 40-50 grams of protein either. I'd not be able to continue training if I only ate that.

Anyway, only you know what works for you. Just remember to listen to your body and keep it happy and feeling good. Congrats on losing that weight and you look great!0 -

First: I am referring to the burger at Wendy's. It's a burger patty on a pretzel roll bun with your typical veggies (if you're down with that) cheese, and a sweet mustard sauce. It was amazeballs. Some things look good and don't live up to the hype but this! I ate that sucker and then curled up around my pillow and slept the sleep of the truly content. The bread was so nice; a nice crisp outside and then a chewy fluffy inside. So good.

I just posted because I was happy about my weight loss. Everyone you DO NOT NEED to follow my diet, relax, I am still learning how to eat well myself. I don't know but I keep trying and trying to get serious with it. This is just what works for right now
You look great! People tend to over-react. Just continue what you are doing. I think your method works for the long run because you won't have to count calories for the rest of your life. Since all that is low cal, you can not keep track if you wanted and still lose weight.0 -

I work out for roughly 30 minutes 6 days a week. Sometimes I get fancy and put in a whole hour, but then I only work out 4-5 days a week.0 -

Okay then OP keep eating what you want and calling it whatever you want, whatever it means "to you" and nevermind if someone reading this doesn't get to the "oh yeah, and THEN I actually started accurately counting cals" so that might have done it. or actually working out so it might be that too.

Which toxins do processed foods make us retain? Or said another way, which toxins do we rid our bodies of by eating "clean" that wouldn't otherwise be eliminated?
You don't have to tell me all of them...just *one* of them would finally end my quest for an answer to this question.
(Please don't let me down. I've been searching for an answer to this question for years...nay, a decade even.)
