I didn't have a particularly great week last week...so I am going to add back in the conditioning/metabolic workouts on my off days and see how I feel. The extra cardio didn't agree with me... Again, I'll update in another week and let you know how it goes. Thanks to everyone for your advice!

Kre-Alkalyn Creatine is supposed to give you the same results as Creatine Monohydrate without the water retention. I found it helpful but in fairness I've never tried Creatine Monohydrate.

I couldn't agree more! I'm in Week 3 (at my previous 10 RM) and I'm wondering how in the hell I'm going to get through Week 4?! The weird thing is that I know I can do it...I just know it's going to be tough. That's what I love about this program :-)

You could try buying two large water bottles (in the U.S. I would suggest 2 gallon size water jugs (about 8 lbs each) but I'm not sure what's available where you live) and use them as hand weights.
