Sweet Substitute Ideas

Hi, just wondering if anyone out there would like to share some Sweet Food Substitute ideas to help curb those really full on ridiculous cravings especially around premenstrual time.... Sorry guys!!!

Usually during a normal time I can just eat fruit and it will help it, but during that time of the month if I don't give my body what it wants, which is usually chocolate, I can sometimes get to the point of not even being able to sleep. Yup I know it sounds extreme!!!

So would love to hear any ideas :)

    I know nothing about the "premenstrual time"...except what my wife was all too eager to share. Try the Yonanas machine. A friend of mine had one and knew I loved sorbet like treats. She dumped in a bunch of frozen berries and a banana...bing! It was a pretty healthy substitute for a sorbet...loved it. My wife bought me a yonanas machine for my birthday. Heaven.

    I'll top one square of dark chocolate (85% of higher) with a small dollop of coconut butter and a couple raw almonds for a healthy bite size treat that tastes like a Mounds bar. It has healthy fats, antioxidants and protein.

    You can get the Blue Diamond Almond Milk in the chocolate version, some ice, a banana or 2, and blend it in the blender. May help with cravings :)
  • Frozen bananas whole or blended drizzled with peanut butter.
