It's under the food tab, then settings, then goals. and just hit change goals and you can adjust it there.

^^^Yes, yes and YES! it's hard and quick and you WILL get results.

You joined MFP (i'd assume) to make a LIFESTYLE change, not go on a DIET. Are you going to go your whole life without a bagel? I'd hope not. If it was delicious and you enjoyed it, that's a good thing...a treat once in a while will not kill your goals. Like holly said, just work it off or cut the calories somewhere else.…

you're not going to want to hear it but waking up early is your best option if you want to get in a good workout. After a few times you get used to it, i promise! It's also a great way to wake yourself up in the morning...I do Insanity and after dying for the first few minutes and letting Shaun T know how much i HATE him,…

^^also logging it as circuit training general. Hard to tell the amount of time I'm actually working though...lord knows I can't keep up with everyone in the video. The general consensus seems to say that a HRM is necessary to figure out calories burned.

like everyone said above, not going to help you lose fat. because of medical reasons, i take miralax daily to help things uhh soften up a bit (tmi sorry...IBS-C)...so if you're going to go the stool softener route that's doctor approved to take everyday. but if you don't have actual medical problems with #2, you shouldn't…

why have i never heard of a wine spritzer? this sounds like exactly what i need...it doesn't taste watered down though?

oooo i will be keeping my eye out for these.

^^hahaha awesome. Except I agree...so freakin expensive. do you have space for a garden? that's what im doing this year because im broke. also try to just buy what's on sale (aka what's in season). also frozen veggies like several people have said. you can get coupons online and use those when they're on sale to get an…

On day 2 of Insanity and it is (shocker) IN-FREAKIN-SANE. Painful and hard but so fun and addictive (yes already). Do it girly!! Anyone else who's doing it, add me I need some friend support lol

I'm 24! So glad to see lots of other people my age on here yay!

600 mg of ibuprofen now would definitely help (if you're down with taking OTCs for pain...maybe the herbs xcrunnergirl1 suggested help too if you'd rather take the natural path)! When you stretch make sure you hold each one for 30 seconds each. A nice hot bath (assuming your legs aren't so sore you can't get in and out of…

thanks a million for your help guys....i'd like to say that i successfully passed up bagels, pastries, cookies, pasta and candy today

hahaha oh man you had me worried you rock too girl! :flowerforyou:

all the above...and protein right after your workout. it may be just a mental thing but on days when i eat protein within 15-30 minutes of my workout i feel less sore the next day. if i wait longer or don't get an adequate dose (at least 30 g.) then i'm dyinggg the next day

Beautiful! Congrats!

try Crazy Richard's brand creamy peanut butter. it's all natural (just peanuts, no additives like Peter Pan) and it tastes just like skippy or jiff once you stir in the oil...has a great texture especially if u keep it in the fridge. Im a PB connoisseur so trust me on this one. Not sure if they sell it nationally...I get…

^^^LOL this!

get your protein from cheaper sources...beans, eggs, etc. Do some couponing and buy brands that are on sale. like was said above, grab some frozen veggies when they're on sale and use those in dishes. brown rice and whole wheat pasta are good and cheap.

If you eat under 1200 calories a day...especially several days in a row, you're putting your body into starvation mode and slowing down your metabolism which will hurt your weight loss even more when you splurge on the weekends. I am all about cheating a little on the weekends, but make some compromises. If you know you're…

you WILL do it! good luck and congrats on your success w/ ab ripper :-)

are you making the mac & cheese from scratch? you could add a little cheese on the potato. A little greek yogurt and some herbs would make it tasty as well, but definitely not a full meal. Maybe add some cut up fruit to that to make it a more complete meal (greek yogurt has lots of protein so you're good on that front).…
