I have been taking more sugar inform of honey in my tea and sugary fruits, when i changed my settings to track my sugar intake..its more than whats recommended al take tea with no sugar and see how it goes, thanx for mentioning that!

am on a strict calories goal 1300 seven days a week, I exercise 3days a week, the rest of the days i walk and do aerobics

My BMR is 1270 my calorie goal is 1200 been watching my diet for almost three weeks now i lost 2pounds but am kinda gaining al that back although am exercising 3days a week, what am i doing wrong?

I also felt a bit disapointed being my 3rd week the progress is slow but its important to keep ua mind on the long term goal, which is to have a healthy life style and lose weight the healthy way. It takes time am also looking forward to see the pounds getn off
