Runners whats your to do list.b4... while jogging and after

I had stopped running for a while but i started again this week funny thing is i forgot one vital thing...a handkerchief which comes in handy...my terrain is hilly and there are curves and bends.... one things i have heard is that while running up a hill i should like bend a little and not put my head up??? i would also love some tips on this too...
