I have made theses as well & they were really good! I used stevia in them.

Sounds like you're on the right track. I agree with lifting heavier as soon as your doc gives you the ok. My butt has always been a problem area for me. I feel like I'm finally seeing improvement from lifting heavy & keeping my diet on track. I also recently started incorporating 20 min of HIIT 3 days a week.

Quest bars are absolutely my favorite!

Yes please! And we must not forget about Marky Mark ????

I like FitnessBlender's HIIT workouts

I'm stuck @125lbs at the moment.. I work out at home, so I'm hesitant to add too much more at the risk of injuring myself.

Great results! ! I've been lifting for a few months & starting to see some good results. You just gave me the extra boost of motivation I needed to keep at it! Sometimes it's easy to get discouraged if your not seeng the results quick enough. It's refreshing to hear you say that it took a year to get to where you're at…

Gaspari Nutrition Myofusion is amazing! They have great flavors! Cinnamon Roll is my favorite. I order it from bodybuilding.com

I started with Jamie Eason's LiveFit, then switched it up to better suit my needs. Some of her circuits require gym equipment, so if your doing it at home like I am, then it's necessary to find a different way to work the same muscles without the use of machines. There's some great info on this site:…

I'm following Jamie Eason's LiveFit program, but not to a tee. I switch out some of the circuits to better suit my needs. But it's a good foundation to work with ????

Mommy of 2 & 4 year old here. Feel free to add me

The TaTa tamer didn't work for me either. I found it really uncomfortable. I ordered one from zappos. Its called "moving comfort rebound racer" I LOVE it! Here it is  http://www.zappos.com/moving-comfort-rebound-racer-white-silver?zlfid=111&recoName=zap_pdp_sub

Good stuff! Thanks!

Check out Jamie Eason's LiveFit program. I'm in phase 2 and am really liking it. I actually do it at home, so I have to switch out some of the things that require a machine. If you have weights and a barbell it's definately doable  http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-easons-livefit-introduction.html

No gym here. I have 2 young kids, so I had to figure out an alternative. I do all my strength training at home! I have a barbell & free weights . Recently just purchased a bench so I have somewhere to place my barbell, it also has a leg developer & preacher curl pad. I'd much rather get what I need and do my workout…

I work out at home as well. Started Jamie Eason's LiveFit strength training program, but have to switch out some of the exercises that require machines. Feel free to add me :)
