I've only done Level 1 so far. I HATE side lunge with shoulder raise or whatever it is, still struggle with those as if it were day 1. I get pissed every time the DVD gets to that point.

Good topic! I have a few new items to add to my shopping list. :) 1) Amy's nonfat plain yogurt 2) Apples 3) Oranges 4) Tofu 5) Celery 6) Almond butter 7) Hummus (the more spicy, the better!) 8) Gardenburger patties 9) Ak-Mak crackers 10) The occasional Luna or Lara bar :)

It blows me away how many vegans are on here! I've been vegetarian for 16 years and have dappled in veganism and raw veganism. But right now I tell people that I'm pescetarian because I've incorporated small amounts of fish into my diet. May I add you anyhow? :)

Level 1! To be honest, I kind of doubted the intensity of the DVD. It's a much better workout than I anticipated it being for 10 bucks at Walmart!

Right now I'm using my elliptical on medium intensity for 30-40 minutes a day and then follow that with light weights and a mixture of P90X moves I can find on YouTube. I just started seriously working out again about 10 days ago. I'm sore! You?
