I mix quinoa with a little bit of shredded mozzarella, tomato sauce, garlic, bread crumbs and spinach and stuff it inside a pepper for stuffed peppers. It's delicious!

Yes! Not a fan of the Caesar but the Salsa Ranch & Honey Mustard are delicious!

I had this exact same problem. I had pain in my foot (my left as well - metatarsal and it would hurt so bad when I put any weight on my foot) on and off for about 6 months and it got so bad after a long run that I limped around for about 3 weeks. I couldn't take it anymore and I finally made an appointment with the Dr. and…

I once quit coffee for about 3 months and I honestly don't remember the reason. I think just to see if I could go without the caffeine. That was a few years ago. Now, I have 1 cup of caffeinated coffee every single day. I drink my coffee black so I don't have to worry about the nutritional content of any sugar, creamers or…

I love the Tofurky Deli Slices! I haven't tried the large Tofurky stuffed with rice/breadcrumbs but plan on trying it soon. The deli slices took a bit of time to get used to but I eat them a few times a week now and I love them!

These sound so delicious. I will be trying them for sure. Thanks!

That sounds like a horrible situation for your daughters. I'm glad your older daughter stood up for her beautiful younger sister! That part made me smile. Also, good for you for calling the store and pointing out how destructive the comment was. I have sisters as well and it is hard not to compare myself with them!…

Wow!! You both are awesome. I really enjoyed reading your story. Very inspirational!

Yes, something is way off with your nutritional facts. I just tried to input it and used your substitutions as well as reduced fat cheddar. This is what I came up with: Servings: 12 Per Muffin: Calories: 218 Carbs: 36g Fat: 5g Protein: 4g Sugar: 9g Sodium 528

Yikes. Thanks for posting this. I would have checked the ingredients before buying but it is nice to know this now so I can look for an alternative. I am a vegetarian and always have to be careful since so many things have lard that seem vegetarian.

This looks SOOO good! Thanks for sharing. I will be trying this out very soon!

I haven't read the responses, just the first post. Every time my husband and I go to a sandwich or sub shop he always asks them to wipe the knife off because he gets grossed out by mayo/mustard/condiments in general. I always laugh because the people behind the counter are always surprised and look somewhat confused when…

Black - no cream, no sugar. I love the taste of plain coffee!

Hi. I have had major spinal surgery as well. I would talk to your Doctor and see what he thinks is safe to try. Usually your Dr. can give you a list of things you are clear to do post surgery. You can try to start jogging/running, ride a bike, play group sports. The pool is great after spinal surgery. Maybe you could find…

I'm going to look into this and try it out. Thank you!

Try black beans if you like them. A cup has about 15g of protein. I only buy the low sodium or no sodium beans and season them myself since the sodium can get pretty high. If you eat dairy maybe you can try reduced fat string cheese which has about 8g of protein.

Nice job! You look great!

I've never tried these before. I'm in!

I love kale chips! I use a little olive oil (or olive oil spray) and a little bit of pepper. Once it comes out of the oven you can put some fresh grated Parmesan cheese on top. I've also used garlic salt or garlic powder. I recommend you use the whole leaves of kale and not the pre cut kind because it makes for less…

Agree. I love my brooks for running.

I never wear makeup to exercise. I wash it all off completely before heading to the gym or working out at home. I sweat a lot at the gym and I'm constantly wiping my face with my gym towel. For me, makeup plus sweat is not a good combination.

I think I originally got this recipe from Dr. Oz. I don't care much for him but his drink is delicious: 2 cups spinach 2 cups cucumber 1 head of celery 1/2 inch or teaspoon ginger root 1 bunch parsley 2 apples Juice of 1 lime Juice of 1/2 lemon

Hope everyone is doing well! I woke up early this morning to do Level 1 Day 6 before work. I think I kicked myself in the butt during the butt kicks too hard..ouch! I did 4 days straight & took a rest day. Looking forward to hearing about the progress everybody is making!

My light switch was always turned off...until a couple months ago. All of the sudden I had baby fever and couldn't shake it! All those nieces and nephews running around gave it to me! It has since turned off recently which is good since my husband and I aren't going to try for a couple of years :)

I do a minimum of 30 minutes + 5 minutes of cool down or a maximum of 50 minutes + 5 minutes of cool down. I always mess with the resistance to keep it from boring me. If I do less than 30 I don't feel like it is enough and if I try and do more than 50 I feel like it is overkill!

You are doing so well and look great. Congrats to you!!!

You look great!! I think your back looks muscular, not bony at all. Also, your arms look awesome :)

I used to come home from work and just relax and watch TV because of the same reason - no energy. Once I started going to the gym instead I felt so much more energy after work! My trick isn't food or drink but rather put on your workout clothes as SOON as you step inside your house. Once you're dressed for the gym you have…

Amazing!! This is an inspiration!!

It is so nice to know I'm not the ONLY one with a side lunge/hand raise problem! Haha. I'm only using 3lb weights in each hand too so I can't imagine doing those with 5lbs yet. Tonight will be L1 D5 for me. Hopefully in a few days it will get easier and I can up the weight!
