I just put links to these pics because I didn't know if they would offend anyone. There is no nudity, just my bare back. I wanted some opinions on if my back would be considered muscular? I know what muscles in arms, legs & abs look like. But, I'm not sure how to judge a back. Is it muscular or just bony?

There is some definition there. I wouldn't consider it bony.0

I wanted it to be tone & defined. I just start seriously working on my back about 2 weeks ago, I do push ups, pull downs, rows, pull ups.0 -
Looks pretty good, but if you could take 3 steps forward and retake the photo I could get a much better view.0

Your back looks muscular to me. If I saw you on the street with a back-revealing shirt I would notice.0

What about Dead lifts for lower back, Dumbbell reverse flyes, when doing the pull downs do you do variations of your grip? Wide, middle, narrow, natrual? Superman (reverse crunch) ... a few I can think of... exercises to do...

If it was bony your shoulder blades would stick out more and you'd be able to see some signs of ribs. I don't see anything like that so keep doing what you're doing.0 -
