  • I just replaced my older Ultra with the Zip but now it won't communicate with MFP. It syncs just fine to the FB dashboard. I tried to disconnect and reconnect accounts but that did not help. Any others have this problem?

  • Definitely try PB2. I get mine at Smoothie King so if you have ine close you won't have to order it.
  • It reall depends on your starting weight but you want to reduce slowly so your body doesn't try to hold on. I would suggest asking you doctor what is a good caloric intake for you as you have some medical issues you are dealing with.

  • Sounds like yoiu might have fibrmyalgia. Try water aerobics. The water takes the stress off of your joints and allows you to get a decent workout without the pounding on your joints. If you are not into group exercise just get in the pool and walk.

  • 2 tablespoons PB2 spead on a low carb tortilla add a banana and roll it up. It is also portable if you make the PB2 thicker. Equals 225 calories.

  • You are not alone. I even count my vitamins because some of those have calories. I also weigh and measure everything, even lettuce.
  • Wellness coach says if you are tracking calories then track them. Dang it!
  • I have a wellness coach who I emailed this question to so curious to see her answer. I was thinking that once your body uses the vitamin part it flushes the rest. Probably too good to be true and that extra 60 will have to accounted for. I will post her reply when I get it tomorrow.
