Hi, I bought this thermos jar and use it for hot soups or pasta. I reheat the food before I go to work and amazingly this product keeps food hot for 5-6 hrs. Changed my eating habits at work a year ago. By preparing my own food I know what I'm eating. Now I don't have to wait for the microwave at work which is a bonus.…

Switched from Asics to Brooks Ravenna 3 at the start of the year because of experiencing some knee pain. This change has been very positive. I no longer experience any knee pain. I have actually bought a couple more pairs of the Ravenna 3 since they were on sale because of the close out model. These shoes are so…

I started two a day workout's in December. What I have been doing is working out before work. It was a challenge at first trying to get up about an hour and half earlier in the day. The results have been fantastic. I have dropped about 16 lbs since then. I have a lot of energy during the work day and feel pretty strong…

I had quit for a year. But when I started running again I was looking for a little push and heard coffee might do the trick. I try to keep to 1 cup a day. I now find out that it does help with my endurance and I have increased my running distance every month since I started drinking coffee back last September.

I am thinking if you cut back your goal to .5 a week that will be a closer to your maintenance diet weight?

I found that once I increased my water intake daily it was easier to lose the weight. I have read that the more water you drink helps flush the sodium through the system. It my experience it seems to be true.

Hello. I also find this app very addictive. I too had downloaded a while back and forgot about it. Then end of November I was watching the Biggest Loser and they were discussing keeping up with a food diary. Calories in and calories out was the mindset. Since then I have been logging in to help me keep in check along with…

10 miles was the farthest I have ever run many years ago. I did get 8 this morning. Planning on running a half marathon this year :-)

I had started out weighing myself daily but it would be discouraging to see the fluctuation of a few pounds up then a few pounds down within a day or two. I now weigh in once a week.
