Definitely noticeable. We can't see but I bet it shows in your face too. Also, I think wearing black it is harder to see any differences. Do NOT give up. You are doing really well!

I was just thinking this the other day. I use avocado as incentive to eat sandwiches and I don't have a problem with them going brown as my kids have them on their sandwiches too. Hi Everyone. I like this idea too. I'm new here (day 3) and not sure what a 'group' on MFP means. Is it when you all become 'friends' and encourage each other through status updates and comments? BTW, I welcome any friend requests but I'm not sure what the protocol is. Any advice re friending appreciated.

Thanks guys. I managed to hold out until dinner and even ate just what I was supposed to. I think it is probably just me adjusting to eating regularly and less.

I used my web browser to find MFP online and then bookmarked it so I can check the boards. Does that make sense?
