Hola nunca lo he intentado, pero, pensemos que no todos los ejercicios son para todos, mejor regresa a tu rutina de ejercicio, te recomiendo que a tu rutina de cardio le agregues intervalos, busca en internet información de los intervalos, a mi me funciono muy bien....
