    I'm in! This is my first week, so I'm going to go for 3500

    I've never done this before so I'm gonna give it a try!! :) right now I'm trying to do 2000 so I think I'm going to start lower than the 3500 for my first time...

    My Target is 4500+ calories!! And this is how I am going

    Mon: 716 calories burnt with 45 mins Jogging!! 20 mins walking!! Other minor workouts like rope jumping, aerobics!!
