I've never done this before so I'm gonna give it a try!! right now I'm trying to do 2000 so I think I'm going to start lower than the 3500 for my first time...
1st week....

Wed: 280 (30 mins hip hop abs) ** so far not doin so good... some of you people amaze me with your 1000-2000/day!!!

Sat: 684 (20 mins treadmill, 40 mins hip hop abs, and 20 mins zumba) **woot woot! best day yet
