    Count me in again!! I'm dialling down the workouts this week, to give a couple of weeks "rest" to my body. Will be full throttle again in 2 weeks, but reducing my goal to 2500 this week.

    I've never done this before so I'm gonna give it a try!! :) right now I'm trying to do 2000 so I think I'm going to start lower than the 3500 for my first time...
