It has helped that a work colleague, who is a runner, pushed me into going for walks on my lunch breaks and has gone with me, which helped alot!

on a weekday i do between 2-3 miles on my lunch break (if weather permits) and on weekends i like to go on longer walks if im free and try to do about an 8-10 mile walk :)

Me too! started at 285, Down to 253 atm and still going! need motivation and help to get back on track aswell :)

Thanks guys :) i have slowed down and maintained around the same weight for the past two months - which is highly frustrating as you can understand - but now i am just going to enjoy my holiday in two weeks - come back revived and refocus on getting down to 224lbs by the end of the year :)

I started on the slim fast 2 shakes a day and main meal but i found i was still not full so what i did was, after consulting with my calorie intake according to MFP, was to incorporate the kcals from the shakes into my daily intake, so there was room for a light salad at lunch time with my lunch shake and then a decent…

Thanks all - i want to loose another 30lb by Oct/Nov as thats when im back off to florida for my holiday :) Im 5ft9" then when i return off my hols i will see where i am and what my next goal will be :)

Full left sleeve, Chest peice, both legs (calves and shins) fully covered, Both feet, couple of back tattoos, back of neck, few knuckle tattoos, and a couple on my right arm, My Right ribs are tattooed (not getting that completed anytime soon :\ hahaha) Some photos of these are in my photos on my profile :)

Ive always had negative comments about showing mine, in all the places ive worked, so i mainly cover then up, except on dress down fridays where we can wear what we want. i was a smoker for almost 10 years - not a heavy smoker though, I quit cold turkey too, woke up one morning after a night out and just decided to quite, Cut down bit by bit per day for 5 days, to "ease" myself off them and thats it on the 5th day i didnt have one and not had one since - been a non smoker for 7 months now…
