yay, that;s not right. I burn anywhere from 8-10 calories within 2 minutes! I think he just messed up what he wrote. P90X in 10 minutes is a decent burn!

Starting my second week and loving it! Seen great success with friends who have done it so I got it! Seeing is believeing and even after a week I have moved up in weights and starting to see a difference in me. Go For It! You'll be glad when you do and add me as a friend if you want a buddy to go thru it with!

someone told me to put it in as circuit training, but the calories burned could be slightly off. I dont normally go over calories anyway so i dont go near that number eating wise anyways.

I am seriously starting to see a change, and also in eating! I started doing more protein shakes after the workout and I get so hungry during the burn days! Zumba Core on xbox..... Love it and since it's 360, it watches me to make sure I am accurate with every step and only gives me points if completely on point.

Totally helps with cramps and such... it will make you feel better if you do a light workout. I always treadmill on that day and not do jumping things (like Zumba)

You'll lose it... Relax. I lost a majority of my weight just by not eating all my calories burned back and only doing so every other workout. We are HUGE gamers, of all kinds. We tend to do Pirate Booty, Veggie Straws, the lowest calorie tortilla chips (whatever we find when scanning the store) and salsa, soft pretzels. We also make sure to work out and burn more before having a night out so we don't do damage!

I know it has happened to me. A little break and not overdoing the food while on the break can be a good thing. Your body needs to be "tricked" every once and a while. Tricked as in switch up your normal routine. Atleast you didnt gain! and, side note- congrats on the new tat. I have a wrap around my ankle and had it stop…

bump I have twins and the double stroller.... i have a hard time believing pushing one is like pushing 2! Mine are around 30lbs each and even after 20 minutes outside in 85 degree weather, i am sweating! We need to figure out cals burned..... guess i have to get a hrm!
