How do you input ChaLEAN Extreme workouts on MFP?

So far, I've been categorizing ChaLEAN Extreme workouts as cardio because they are mostly compound exercises and breaking them down on MFP's weight-lifting section is confusing. I know it's not really accurate, but what I did was wear my heart rate monitor while doing it and then used that calorie-burn number and input it as a cardio exercise.
I'd like things to be as accurate as possible, so does anybody have suggestions for this?

all i do is use my HRM then put the calories burnt under cardio, i could not care less by actually putting it in as chalene extreme, i see my HRM being most accurate0

Is the HRM really that accurate when it comes to weight training? I have been doing that, too, but I guess I thought it didn't measure right when it's not a typical "cardio" workout. I mean, yeah, there's a definite cardio effect and you get to breathing hard, for sure!0

someone told me to put it in as circuit training, but the calories burned could be slightly off. I dont normally go over calories anyway so i dont go near that number eating wise anyways.0

circuit training or I customized my own and used my HRM.0

I would put it as circuit training if you don't have an HRM.0

The average burn is about 8-11 calories for 10 minutes of medium intensity exercise, eg jogging, P90X, Insanity, ChaLEAN.0

Wow...granted I am not in awesome shape yet...but 8-11 calories in 10 minutes?0

And not trying to be a hater here...trying to understand. I work to get my heart rate up to the 145 - 150 range. In 10 minutes my HRM states I have burned on average 100 - 120 calories (depending). If I am running it is even more. But like I said I am not tiny and not in great shape yet.0

8-10 calories in 10 minutes does not seem accurate. 8-10 calories per minute (80 - 100 calories per 10 minutes) would make more sense.
I usually estimate that I burn around 150 for ChaLEAN Extreme. However, I use the TDEE method and don't eat back exercise calories, so I've never bothered to figure out what it is exactly.0 -
yay, that;s not right. I burn anywhere from 8-10 calories within 2 minutes! I think he just messed up what he wrote. P90X in 10 minutes is a decent burn!0
