I think about food quite a lot, I try to ignore them as 99% of the time they're cravings :P I'm having ramen (using chopsticks!) followed by some fruit and a yogurt! I had my roast dinner yesterday so that's not an option today :wink:

oooh yes I'm in the same boat also. It makes me quite afraid of stepping on the scales. I've been eating well and i always make time to work out! My theory is that I'm building muscle, hence the weight gain! But you never know! I've got a weigh-in tomorrow morning, wish me luck! :bigsmile:

I've found that also; this is the third time that i've attempted to stay on this website. I've found some really lovely friends on here this time, and it's only because of the fact that I love to hear about their daily progress is enough motivation to keep me coming on here every day! You can never have too many friends…

I know exactly what you mean! I always add a sweetex or a bit of honey. Better still, I have it with a meal and it seems to taste a bit better :)!

Shoulders! and I also notice that I can feel my collarbones too. My stomach is definitely harder to shift though!
