I always buy some dark chocolate, break it up into portions and whack it in the fridge. For some reason it's sooooo much nicer when it's cold and hard. 25g is only about 135kcals so I think it's totally worth it. If i'm feeling really crazy I melt it and spread it on a pear or an apple or something. :D

I make smoothies for the OH to take to work and tomorrow's one consists of a banana, soya cream (had to get rid of the stuff), peanut butter and oats! I did have to thin it out a little with some water but it tastes mighty good!!

Adding you, OP!!! I have an open diary, sticking to around 1800 calories (i'm a big eater, that will never change). Gym 3 times a week, and I normally do a cheeky bit of yoga here and there to keep my flexibility up :3 Lost 6 lbs so far, about 40lbs to go :no_mouth:

There's a entire tin of cookies in the living room in my peripheral, and oh my gosh it's so tempting. Decided to grab a yoghurt out the fridge instead. I gymmed it this evening...don't want to undo all the crazy hard work!!

Going clothes shopping definitely!! Especially that it should be around the summer time. Would also mean buying a new bikini ;) keep up at the gym and enjoy being fit, healthy and hopefully happy!!!! :star:

When I go to anywhere like that now (mostly McDonalds as we don't have a Taco Bell in the UK *cry*) I set a compromise with myself and buy a happy meal. 539 calories, 7g sat fat etc buuuuut it's enough to fill me up and it doesn't make me feel bad at all.
