agree 100% spray some on before a work and see how you get on:-) but everyone get it thats the thing when your working out i get it lower back and belly but it can be in a number of places

Hi in reply to this post ... i wouldnt agree with much of it sorry to say .. if your going to do any weight training I have done a lot of reading into this as im training to be a personal fitness instructor .. any weight training that you do always work upper and lower body on different sessions if this at all possible..…

as long as you eat your main calories i wouldnt try eating the exercise calories back i have found that eating them back means a lower loss in weight.. not sure if that how its supposed to be but.. thats what i have found .. I just eat what I need and should eat hope you dont mind me saying that and so far lost 18lb ..…

I did a 3 week every day weigh in and found my main lowest day from each week .. i found that wednesdays was always my best lowest every week so now i do it every Wednesday when i get out of bed.. ... early morning is when your bodies metabolic rate is lowest .. and that gives the best reading
