Hello all...Just finished with my 100 crunches for today. I didn't get them in yesterday because I fell asleep watching The Hulk. By the time I woke it was well after midnight! But I did make sure I got them in today...:drinker:

I have the same problem. I can't seem to get in my daily calories. Yesterday I had 300 plus cals left. But I wasn't to worried as long as I was over 1200 I was fine!

OMG...I know how you feel! I too am a smoker...I tried to quit last year & I did pretty good for about 3 months. But for those three months I was eating ALL the time. And by my husband being a smoker also that made it even harder! So I eventually caved...I would LOVE to quit because I want to start jogging!
