thats the mentality i have but im tired of people looking at me when i walk into a store wearing my training gear. i always get the people who serve me asking if i have been training, it annoys me tho as i get asked that question allot even by teachers and other students.

yea everything is covered that shouldn't be shown. i normally wear my nike running shoes then some sweat pants or my training shorts depending on the weather, a fitted t shirt and a hoodie if im cold. i get allot of looks tho as when i walk through the main area of my city where people are shopping ect.

people rely on supplements way to much. the only thing you cant get through food is creatine and you would need to eat TONS of fish to the point where you would need a doctor to help you out. if you can get your protein from foods then do that way its much better for you. but i would say if you do get protein supplements…

dont be running in your cardio for 20 minutes you will be pulling energy from all over your body including muscle. a fast walk at a pace you can keep a conversation with will help your body not pull energy from your muscle to keep up with you
