I dont tend to get nervous but thats because I weigh myself everytime I walk into the bathroom, I consider hiding the scale but then my fiancee gets mad bc he is losing weight also and I dont tell him where i put it.

I'm starting again also. I started out so strong and the just stopped using MFP so now I have a trip planned I want to look good for it!!! Goal: 165 by christmas 3000 weekly burn 1.25 mile run on treadmill 5 times a week

I am exersicing I go to the gym for atleast an hour a day and I do weights every ither day just about. I'm 5'2 im nopt at 30 lbs yet but im at 20 and ive lost that in under 3 months so im hoping to lose the next 10 in a month and half watching calories and what i eat is what works for me. If u need some mfp pals dont b afraid to add me! Good luck you can lose the weight if u try hard enough!

I keep reading about people reading on the treadmill while there walking. Its intrigues me. I'm going to try and do it today actually mayb ill stay on longer!

I know what you mean with the boyfriend. Mine does the same thing. He doesn't mean to do it I know he doesn't. If u need some support add me! Since joining mfp I have lost 11 lbs and a total of 15 so far. We can do it together!

I know what you mean. Its hard to adjust. My friend got me a gluten free cook book. Its my savior! I have made so many delicous dinners from it. I make alot of my food now. i think my own bread is the best. ALWAYS WARM THE BREAD thats my best tip!

I do am trying to get summer ready after having a little girl. I had her last July but I had prblems with my leg after giving birth and just got the ok to work. Keep doing what ur doing and u WILL see results! Good luck!!

I have lost about four lbs since i really started trying and I know it doesn't sound like a lot It feels like ALOT. i can't wait to see what feel like when in 10 lbs lighter etc. I'll gladly give up all my high calorie yummy snacks to keep feeling like this!

I, too, just had a baby about 8 months ago and I gained more weight after I had the baby then I did during the pregnancy! I decided now is the time to get healthy and fit. If u want a friend add me and good luck!

It seems to help me. Ive only been doing it for 3 days or so and it seems like its helping me diet, or atleast keep in check what i eat! Before I eat something i check the calories now and make sure its in my daily allowance lol
