I have done all three and love t25. It's only 25 mins Mon-Fri with stretching on Sundays and you don't need much room at all. T25 will help to build up to insanity. Cize is fun and it worked different muscles than t25 mostly in my back. Go with t25 then throw in cize when you want to change things up.

Hey Ladies so I finally finished t25 on Sunday! Woohoo! I am really happy with the program I lost 6 pounds in the 10 weeks and feel so much better. Most my weightloss didn't happen until the 2ND week into beta. I have been doing random shaun t exercises this week and will restart beta next week then move onto gamma.

This week has been a struggle for me! I missed a week due to vacation then caught a nasty cold but will be finishing up my 4th week of beta tonight, so excited for the last week of t25 in a couple days. Not sure if I will move onto gamma, restart so I can nail it lol! or move on to insanity max 30.

@RachelRiley87 with the heat make sure to up your water. I live were it's been 109 degrees this past week and notice I struggle in my workouts and energy when I don't add in extra water. I am on my first week of beta and love it! Maybe because some of the moves are what was in alpha. Keep going ladies you are doing awesome…

I found waking up earlier every morning has helped me to get my workouts in plus the kids are still sleeping so no interruptions. There are many workout videos that are under 30 mins and effective.

I am on my last couple days of alpha and will be starting Beta on Monday. I feel like this week all the workouts clicked and I was hardly modifying. I haven't lost any weight in the last 5 weeks but feel like I am toning.

I'm 5'7 right now 150 ( size 10) but hoping to get back down to my pre baby weight of 140lbs. I was 128 in high school but that was too small for my body shape. I hoping to get into lifting soon so I will be toned and not focus so much on the scale.

I have had many strollers and finally got a BOB with my youngest. I love it not only for jogging but everyday use. It is so easy to use and push with one hand.

You can do it!!! I am a SAHM of 3 kids under 8 and have found ways to diet and exercise. Walks are always a great way to get exercise in with the whole family. I love using the crockpot for dinner, just throw everything in it in the morning and you don't have to worry about it later.

I only eat back half my exercise calories if I'm still hungry at the end of the day. So most days I net between 1500 to 1700 (if i eat exercise calories back) and have been losing about 1 pound a week. MFP had my calories set way too low at 1200 and I found myself eating over that and starving. Try eating back the calories…

I have three kids also and found losing weight with my youngest was the hardest. I didn't start to lose weight till I weaned in Jan since then I lose about 1 pound a week. I made the mistake of getting discouraged and not watching what I ate and gaining weight. Stick with it the weight will come off.

Don't get discouraged! I had to adjust my calories for several weeks until I started to lose. I have been losing 1 lb a week eating 1600 calories and only had about 27 lbs to lose. You should try upping your calories and see if that makes a difference.

Congrats on losing the 5 pounds! I have always struggled to lose weight while BFing and tend to gain weight. I don't start to lose until I wean. I just weaned my 24 month old in Jan and have lost 12 pounds since then. Just Keep trying to eat healthy and the weight will come off.

I will eat back half or 200 of my exercise calories if I am still hungry at the end of the day.

I'm 5'7 and weighed in at 156 today. I started at 167 and hope to be between 135 and 140 by summer time. That is the weight I was a few years ago and feel best at. I eat 1500 calories and eat back half my exercise calories. I lose about .5 to 1 pound a week.

I took Zoloft about 10yrs ago for several years and it made me lose weight since it suppressed my appetite. I did have horrible withdrawals when I stopped taking it.
