I am attempting the 'slow-carb' diet. I am supposed to eat beans/lentils with each meal. I have noticed that they have a lot of carbs in them so I guess I'm confused. Maybe that's the difference between 'low-carb' and 'slow-carb'?

People that talk on their cell phone while on the treadmill. I totally agree about the people that don't wipe down the equipment - Gross!

I had a great trainer and the results were amazing. Unfortunately, she moved to Dallas and I have tried various other trainers that just were not that great. I agree with the previous comment that a good trainer is hard to find. If you do find one that you can connect with and feel comfortable you will see amazing results.…

I love the kashi cereals. The 'Go Lean' cereals are my favorite. I use Silk soy milk with it.

I have been having unpure thoughts about a Big Mac. I rarely eat a Big Mac - like once a year - but have been craving one for a week!! But.... I am staying strong!

We all have bad days. The key is to not have too many of them and to keep moving forward on the weight loss. That is sooo great that you still lost 2 pounds - good for you!
