Good Morning!! Whats for breakfast and what are your goals for today?


Breakfast:

Cheese Omelet
Wallaby Organic Peach yogurt

Goals:

Drink 10 glasses of water
Walk for min of 30 min (60 if time)
Log all foods

    I had Whole Foods yogurt, fruit and granola parfait :D BF went out early and picked it up for me, it's a once in a while treat that I absolutely LOVE!

    Southwestern Egg beaters with ready to go hash browns to make a fritatta. Of Course a cup of coffee!

    My Goals: Drink more water than yesterday- to be realistic 4-5 glasses
    Do a little workout with baby- he loves it!
    Log all my foods- honestly!

    This will be my 2nd day using this site as a weight loss tool and I can't wait to be looking thinner by the time I go back to school in the fall.

    3- Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Links = high in protein, low in fat and filling! I get the tubes and make meatballs for pasta, *kitten* is good.

    1- Healthy Crunch Whole Wheat Bagel with sugar free Apple Butter

    1- cup low-fat milk

    My stomach is happy.

    Breakfast
    Quaker oatmeal - peaches and cream.

    Goals:
    Drink my water
    Watch my food intake
    Cardio - Cardio - Cardio!!
  • Chobani 0% nonfat strawberry greek yogurt and two clementines. Two hours later, I had a high fiber granola bar. Think I'm set until lunch, but I always keep high fiber goodies in my desk drawer in case of carb-related emergencies ;-).
  • I cooked pancakes for me and my 6 yr old and i had a glass of milk. I'm going on a swamp tour later so I'm sure to be sweating my butt off in this 100 degree weather. But i also intend to do my Wii Fit tonight!

    I think I would end up cheating if I ate so little for breakfast.

    8:00 - 8-30 am
    1/2 apple, 1/2 orange (or peach) and 1 large strawberry, cut up and mixed together
    cup of coffee with cream

    10:00 am
    2 egg white omelet with
    1/4 cup asparagus or broccoli
    2 tbsp shredded taco or feta cheese
    1 oz sirloin steak, chopped
    cup of coffee with cream

    Since it's going to be 86 by noon today I've already done all of my cardio this morning
    44:54 minutes on the elliptical burned 432 calories.
    Housework is next on the list. (day off today)

    2 egg white omelette with:

    shrimp (diced in)
    sliced mushrooms
    yellow pepper
    cheese
    hot sauce

    total cals. = 164

    1/2 ciabatta bun ( theyre HUGE! 340 cal each)
    or 1-2 slices of rye bread ( depending on if I work that day.. physical job plus 13mile bike ride lol)
    2tbsp chunky peanut butter
    1/2 med banana

    always hehe! I LOOOVE peanut butter:tongue:

    sometimes half a cup of milk.. but only if I need the cals, my tummy's kinda funny.

    I did my turbo jam this morning so I had
    3 eggs
    1 oz 99% fat free ground turkey (leftovers from tacos a couple nights ago)
    It was sooo good and very, very filling!
    Oh and Coke zero:embarassed: :ohwell:


    Oh and my goals are to drink all of my water today, cause i'm not very good at that! and of course to keep just under or at my calories...:smokin:
