I agree with Mallory3411 on that one. I only record planned exercise eg going for a walk, going on my elliptical trainer, doing step aerobics on the Wii Fit

Eat something light about an hour before or have a banana or something. I know people who have turned up to spin class having eaten their evening meal just before and they have felt sick part way into the class.

There are chip shop chips and chinese chips in the food database so I would weigh your portion that you get and calculate your calories from the database

It is best to over- estimate the calories rather than under-estimate :)

I am surprised I am drinking 7 pints of water a day because prior to joining MFP two weeks ago I would have about one cup of coffee a day, thats it no other drinks or liquids. I sit next to the water cooler at work so that helps, I drink around 14 glasses (7 pints) of water a day. I have around one cup of coffee a day which I don't log

Hi. Are you drinking your water or just not recording it? I drink around 14 glasses (7 pints) a day and I think it helps me massively with my weight loss. Try that if you are not already Are you eating enough fresh food - fruit and vegetables etc

I am only on my second week here and my BMR is around 1750, my calorie goal is 1360 a day assuming no exercise. I used to jump on the scales everytime I went in the bathroom, lol. I am not as bad now, usually mid week and on a Monday (weigh in day). I only record once a week though

Its absolutely mad and certainly not healthy. The weight is bound to go back on. I know someone who did a diet similar to Lighter Life which was around 500 calorie liquid diet a day.
