-
Wow, your results are amazing! I have both programs (TF & CLX) & just restarted CLX. Would love to see your results with CLX! Thank you for the motivation to carry on!

*Bump* Interested too, seems everyone has those stories of wanting to get down to "high-school" weight, I was overweight then too. I think I bumped to 120 in the 4th grade and was never under that, top out at 5'2".

I've tried it & paid for 2 bags!! 1 bag is $120 plus the "gimmicky" sales tactic "if you become a coach you can..." yep, I bought it & then you pay a monthly fee. Anyway, I thought I loved it at first, makes you feel full (say, like protein does:) after a couple weeks of having it for breakfast, I was just sick of it. The…

When I first started reading, I thought you were going to say she was on MFP too and lost the weight that way too, ironic & cool. Sales Pitch = not cool, well played phone battery, well played!

Struggling like I usually do to actually drop weight (scale says I've gained +1 since we started 4 weeks ago o_0), but going to play with my calories more. Exercise is going great, 4-5 times a week switching between chalean extreme & turbofire.

Hi everyone, I've been mixing up turbo with chalean extreme for the past month. I can't say that I see any progress. I am a chronic weigh-er and I know I should go off measurements but I don't notice any difference there either. It's a bit fustrating, but I'll continue regardless. My question to you guys - is anyone else…

I feel really different this time with this challenge. I can't explain it. I'm getting my workouts in, logging food, I went 12 days without a soda, and then I had about 10 oz. Usually after the first "break" I'm done & cheating completely. My workouts are a mixing up chalene extreme & turbo. When I first got CLX I thought…

I can see my destination high above the brow I can see my destination and I won't stop now So whether you deprive me, deplore me, beseech me or ignore me Mighty mountains loom before me AND I WON'T STOP NOW ~Anonymous~

I've worked out 6 days in a row, makes a big difference not dreading the workout. I absolutely love turbo fire! I've done a horrible job eating today, but have tracked honestly for over a week. I'm proud of myself for not having a soda, and I almost gave in yesterday, but I knew the guilt would consume me over it bringing…

Would love to do this challenge, but I'm zero help in making a google spreadsheet.

Didn't know such a thing even existed, major props to the creator!
-
My goal is 10 lbs. That would put me where I started 2012...sigh. It seems my metabolism has tanked since I hit 35.

I've never posted as a reponse but I haven't found a twin and I need accountability! Age: 35 Height: 5'2" Daily Cals: 1300 CW: 163 1st GW: 153 (10 lbs for 10 weeks) UGW: 130 Preferred workouts: Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme, Elliptical, Insanity & still love good old fashioned step-aerobics

I have a very short lunch break, so I had a baked potato (can microwave), butter, & turkey bacon - I was pleased with a change & was full :)
-
I want in! I need something to kick-start my motivation. I'm trying to familiarize myself with MFP, do you guys eat back all calories you exercise? Startng Weight: 159 1st post....right here :)
