Amen! This is a lifestyle change, not a diet, and I know I can never give up booze. Just as many other people, I usually save some calories for my wine at home at night and on the weekends, I usually workout a lot more to be able to drink til my little heart's desire....I've lost 18lbs so far in about a month and a half…

I'm currently on month 2 and listen to what Shaun T tells you when he says FORM OVER SPEED! I've known a lot of people to get injuries (myself included) b/c we were trying to speed up as opposed to having proper form. Regardless of how slow you go, it's still a GREAT burn! Good luck! I would say that your best bet is to invest on a HRM. Depending on the workout, I can burn up to 800 calories (I'm in month 2), in month one, I burnt approximately 400 - 500 calories (with the exception of Cardio Recovery where I would burn around 200).

You can do the 30 day Squat Challenge Day 1 - 50 Squats Day 2 - 55 Squats Day 3 - 60 Squats Day 4 - Rest Day 5 - 70 Squats Day 6 - 75 Squats Day 7 - 80 Squats Day 8 - Rest Day 9 - 90 Squats ........... And so on and so on for 30 days...Rest every 4 days

I dont count it as exercise. I figured that if I'm burning a few extra calories by doing it, than good on me.

honestly, I rub them w/ mayonnaise (light w/ Oil olive preferably), sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake them......voila! Juicy tasty chicken :smile:

I feel your concern. I struggled with the same thing when my son was really young. I was afraid to get him diagnosed b/c it was 'different' to me. I have a 13 year old with ADHD. And his pediatrician told me that something else that REALLY helps them is getting them involved in sports, specifically Karate/Martial arts!…

Apparently MFP thinks that I should only be consuming 1200 calories daily (plus any exercise calories) lol And the problem is not that I'm going over the protein, is that I'm staying just around the target. I'm more-so going over the sugars (Bananas and strawberries)
