Has anyone ever tried PGx? Or know someone that has? They're supposed to be great for portion control and lowering cholesterol and sugar level with no real side effects....

Opinions Wanted!
I heard/read, that sometimes its actually better to maintain within your calories per week as opposed to daily. So, it’s ok to eat like 2,000 calories one day, and the next day only 500, as long as you’ve still remained within your WEEKLY calorie goal…. What do ya'll think?

So, I looked up my TDEE. I have a desk job, but do Insanity 6 days a week (though I put 5-6 times just in case I miss a day) and it said that my TDEE should be 2,562. I'm So Friggin CONFUSED now!!
So, I recently read that while doing Insanity, we’re supposed to consume some crazy amount of Protein like 200g or something. Then I read “you are supposed to eat 1g of protein per your ideal body weight”, so if I want to weigh 160lbs, I should be consuming 160g of Protein?! How is this possible while trying to keep under…
