I just started Phase 2 and am loving it. I love that there is no time to get bored with program. Just when I start to feel the monotony of the workouts it's time to move onto another phase and workouts.

I just made this for my family on the weekend. Surprisingly my husband went back for seconds which is a good sign. I too had the same problem, didn't get crispy and was my only complaint. I like the idea of giving it a quick fry in a skillet, it just might work.

I am not only beet red but sweating like crazy even in the dead of winter. Running is not a pretty sport but if you can look past appearance of it and truly enjoy the accomplishment of a run then that's all that matters. Keep on running

I just started the Body for Life program May 1st and I'm in love with the program. The book(s) are motivational and easy to follow. Everything makes sense to me. I did the P90X and found it hard to stick too. Whichever you decide will be good though as long as you keep on moving

So my first week went okay - my eating habits still need improvement - damn all the chocolate @ my work. I really enjoyed the workouts and have not felt a burn like that in a long time - even after doing many boot camp classes and Jillian Micheals workout DVD's I'm gearing up for my 4th 5K race so I have not been able to…

Hello So should we touch base with each other on a weekly basis? How does Sundays sound (free day if you are following the schedule) I'd love to know if people are following the program to the T or loosely following it. I just purchased myoplex products so I'm going to follow everything as suggested for as long as my…

Hello All For those not familiar with Body for Life it is based on a book called "Body for Life for Women" by Pamela Peeke It is a 12-week program that focuses on healthy eating (of course) and a workout plan which alternates between intense cardio and weight training. I purchased the book for $18.00, and there really are…

In the same boat tonight - was doing great and would have been slightly under my calorie goal if only I hadn't blew it all on eating countless mini reeses. A previous poster wrote about the fear of sucess _ I think she is completely right, really what would we do with ourselves if we weren't beating ourselves up about one…

I have the same frustration _ I have gained and lost the smae 10 lbs in the last year and half. I bust my *kitten* off at the gym 5 days a week and have been training for what will be my 3rd 5K. I realize that diet and healthy eating is a major factor so even when I'm on target with my calories the scale does not budge.
