I lost 8.4 lbs. Lost one inch from waist, arm, and thigh, 1.5 inches from upper abdomen, 1.25 inches from hips and .5 inch from calf. It has been fun! Thanks for the group!

A day behind so this was my workout today.

HRM says 596 calories burned. That is both warm ups, both circuits and one cool down. Total 81 minutes.

I had stomach issues yesterday and missed the workout so I will be doing Day 27 today. I want to finish it all so will remain one day behind here on out.

I just received Jillian's Extreme Shred and Shed and I am going to put together my own version of the slimdown using it in place of NMTZ, Ripped in 30 in place of 30 Day Shred and continue the BFBM.

Finally done! Power went out during my first attempt...it is over 80 degrees in the house still so I surely sweated away some extra fat.

Done. I have managed to hurt my shoulder though. Think I was trying to lift too heavy so will back off to 3 lbs (and pray I didnt do anything serious, yikes.) Taking my rest day tomorrow because I won't be home,

Completed. My calorie burn was super low today even though I did harder versions of some moves. I think my body is, like "Pft, this one again, NBD." ;)

I just added my halfway results to the measurements thread. Pretty happy overall. I think this combined with carb cycling and supplements has helped me break my plateau finally.
