Have to take a rest day today, I think (my son is performing in a musical and has two performances today which means hanging out at the theatre for me ). Will see how I feel when I get home tonight.
-
Done. Most difficult exercises for me are the military press outs. Hit all my weaknesses-balance, core and arm strength.
-
Done but I think I will sneak some extra cardio in today too.

Here is one I have been making a lot lately. Refreshing. Cucumber mint smoothie 1 c plain kefir or yogurt 1/3 c egg whites One apple 1/2 cup or so English cucumber (my preference, regular ones are likely fine) Handful of spinach, ~cup or so 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract Few drops of stevia Ice

Done! I don't mind planks usually but by that last minute of oblique twists, I wish I never had to hear Jillian's voice again, LOL.
-
Whoops, glad I was able to check in between MFP downtime. Had convinced myself that level 2 was today!
-
Likely will do short run or swim.

Day 6 done. :) I had to modify on the 4th. My family went on a long hike and I burned 1100 calories. I am on a fairly limited diet at the moment and couldn't afford to burn more calories that day! Thinking I will still take a rest day tomorrow.

Circuit 6 bugs my old knees but I love the kickboxing stuff.
-
On July 1, I was: 179.2 Waist 30.5 Abdomen 32 Hips 39.5 Upper arm 12.5 Upper thigh 22 Calf 15.5

Whew, glad to be done. And I lied earlier...burned 477 calories today but I did switch out to lighter weights a couple times which made me burn less.
-
I use the same leg on the surrenders. And, I nearly always burn over 500 calories per HRM.
-
I love NMTZ and the Banish Fat DVDs! Not as intense but lots of fun kickboxing moves and plank stuff. Beware the surrenders though! Oof. Day 2 completed here. Used 8 lbs weights and burned 20% more calories than yesterday.
-
I did Day 1 yesterday too. Push ups are my nemesis. Going to increase my weights today on Day 2.

Hello everyone, my name is Jennifer. I lost 50 lbs in 2012 but have been stuck for several months. Trying to shake off my plateau - i have 15 to 20 lbs to go - with different things, including this slim down program. This seems perfect for me as I often do Jillian DVDs but get bored sticking with one for very long. Also,…

I am 5'9" and mid 170s. Wearing mostly 10s in pants and larges in tops (I have small hips but big shoulders and bazongas). Goal is about 15 lbs, 8s and mediums.
-
Super fantastic job! Relationally, our starting, current and goal weights are very similar (I am taller so everything is a bit higher for me) so it was nice seeing your progress!

Is there a February group?
-
Those are significant results - congrats!
-
Tomorrow is my day 30! Woohooo!
-
The town I live in is nearly perfect...with the significant exception of a Costco. Sounds like a wonderful haul! I just paid $4 for 8 oz of Kerrygold. Ugh.

I am doing a Whole30 in January and continuing into February!
-
Hi all, I am continuing my Whole30 into February! I feel like my Halloween-birthday-Thanksgiving-Christmas axis of evil decadence hasn't been fully resolved and I need to push on a bit more. Feel free to add me if you want a Whole30 buddy.
-
Yay, the direct link did it! Thanks! I was signed in when I couldn't find it, so bizarre.
-
I would totally try this but I can't find it on fab.com. The link you gave directs to a generic fab.com, home page, a search on their site yielded zero results for kombucha, googling it took me to a dead listing from 10 months ago...I don't know why I am having trouble, LOL, I know it has to be me! Anyway, my husband just…

Feel free to add me - my diary is open to friends and I do journal, even my current Whole30. Although since I haven't lost any weight since October, I might be a poster child for what not to do. *sigh*
-
Feel free to add me. Nine months paleo (except for a less-than-exemplary December) and currently doing a Whole30 to get back on track.
-
Yes, I would eat before I went and also offer to bring a side that is appropriate for me to eat. I am struggling with this myself because those options won't work for me for Thanksgiving (we are traveling so no cooking possible. *sigh*)

Berries drizzled with sunflower butter is my go to night snack. Hits my sweet tooth and the fat fills my belly. Before I dxed dairy, I would have greek yogurt with berries which worked similarly.
-
Yum, tastes better with butter but this works with coconut oil if you are strictly paleo.
