Maybe set an alarm to remind you to login in the mornings?

I know the feeling, it's a little aggravating.

As long as you're not going over your calories, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I completely understand the demands of parenting and working while reaching goals. I had my second 3 months ago and am trying my best to kill my body fat! When you chase the little ones around, it makes everything else much harder. There's a wrap I like to make with lunch: whole wheat tortilla, thin layer of cream cheese,…

Fantastic work! You are an inspiration!

You won't gain a lot in such a short amount of time. Listen to your body when you're hungry, eat intuitively. Your doctor knows what he/she is talking about. If you're feeling bloated due to something you've been eating, then cut back.

I leave it. If I'm fatigued, it's a sign that I need a break. That might be the case for you, so I'd suggest taking it easy for a day or two. I think I saw a meme online that said "a bad workout is better than no workout", and in some cases that's true, but I'd rather regain energy than to waste what little energy I have…

It helps to build a network of support, both on and offline. There's tons of encouragement here. Best of luck!

If you need help staying regular, sure.

I love doing pop pilates (I follow her calendars, but I do them slower so I can have more rest days). It offers challenging moves and you can do it right at home too.
-
Congrats! That's fantastic!

I agree with @Avocado_Angel Take her job.

Honestly, kinda lovin all the cheesy/Taco Bell related noms! I'm attempting to come up with some healthy alternatives for y'all *winky dinky*

You've made the point I was attempting to make so much more eloquently than I could, so I thank you for that. If I were able to drink excessive amounts of wine without hurting my body, you know I would.

While this statement is true, you can eat salads every day, but no doctor is going to recommend Taco Bell every day. That's actually my favorite chip n dip combination. I particularly love the Ruffles Baked Cheddar and Sour Cream with the french onion dip. <3

I'm in a somewhat similar boat. I have two kids; one is 2 months old, the other 2 years. What I find helps is writing daily to-do lists the night before. I'll admit that I'm almost always tired, and I don't always complete my list. I do at-home workouts and I run the length of my apartment every other day, because I can't…

It's calories in vs calories out. Just remember your body is pretty much in a constant state of change (especially when you're on the road to losing weight), so you'll need to modify your intake occasionally.

Welcome! Don't be shy, feel free to reach out at any point. We're all here to help each other reach our goals!

Believe me, dear, we've all been there. After my second child and gaining 10 pounds (my first pregnancy I had gained 100 and lost 70), I'm right back at it! We're all here to support each other so don't hesitate to reach out

Oooh! I've been to Midland! And I visit Oscoda quite often! Kinda want to move there! I work out from home as well. It's definitely cheaper than getting a gym membership! And running is free too! :D That's why I love it... and the endorphins, those are pretty awesome too :) Nice to know I'm not the only small town person!
-
I live in the Tawas/East Tawas/Oscoda area! I cannot wait until I'm toned and able to carry in the groceries in ONE trip :P

Unfortunately it's not always that easy to just put the bottle down and if you go cold turkey right away, you could go into withdrawal. If it's a serious alcohol addiction, then it IS possible to die from the withdrawal. My advice is to ease yourself out of it slowly. If you're used to having 10 shots per night, why not…
-
That's definitely possible. You could be going into smoker's withdrawal. Just like anything, cigarettes are addicting and you can have flu like symptoms when you quit. Just keep doing what you're doing, eating healthy and getting plenty of vitamin C just in case it gets worse!

Major congrats!!! :D

Dear 16 year old self, Don't let anyone else influence your thoughts, no matter if they seem to have your best intention at heart. Think for yourself and don't ever lose yourself. Also, please start working out so you can turn down Jim and feel confident about it. Just because he's totally hot does not mean he's smart…

Excellent work! Working hard pays off!
