Getting back on track after vacay

I went on vacation for a week and didn't go crazy with food but I did over eat in portion sizes. Any suggestions for getting back in the mindset of calorie counting and getting back on track? I haven't weighed myself yet, I'm weighting until the water retention goes down after eating out so much and eating saltier foods. I'll weigh in on Monday.

I feel ya! I was gone on vacation 10 days! I just started logging again knowing I was home and back to "real life". Lol...I also worked out at the gym while at the resort. I guess it's just something we have to do. Hope your back on track soon!1

Maybe set an alarm to remind you to login in the mornings?0

You are here in the forum. You have logged into MFP already.
Just start by entering the next thing you eat and drink and take it from there.
Overthinking getting back to logging can, for me, make it more worrisome than actually just doing it- even if the first couple of days are a bit sporadic.
Cheers, h.2
