I agree with Jessica. I took me about 9 or 10 months to get back down to my pre pregnancy weight. I did it by cutting back on soda and counting most of my calories. I didn't really exercise much but I wish I had. My daughter is now 11 months and I'm 10lbs below my pre pregnancy weight. I have started doing cardio and…

Wow great job! Very inspiring. I am so guilty of weighing in everyday...lol I just cant help it. I was feeling a bit down today after seeing the scale not budge after a week. But I have to remember that numbers don't matter, it's all about inches. I'm glad I found your post today! I will not let the evil box get to me...lol

I'm 5"1.5 and even when I was thin about 120 lbs I would still get picked at. It's so funny how they never seem to notice your weight loss but as…

I'm 5"2 and currently weigh 168lbs. My goal is 125, but for now I've set up a goal to reach 145 then go from there. Haven't been 115 since high school... Now I look back and think how crazy I was back then because I so self conscious about my body. What I would give to be that small again :ohwell:

I tried weight watchers last year and personally I find MFP a lot easier and it's free. I found weight watchers food tracker a bit complicated and it took me forever to enter my meals. I tried to like the program however it just wasn't worth the money IMO.

Day 3 here and this video is still kicking my @$$. Can't do a push up if my life depended on it lol. You'll get better as you continue and you'll feel great after this workout. Just stick with it and you will shed off those inches in no time. Good luck!
